With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise in project delivery and site management. Over the past 2.5 years, Daniel has personally delivered more than 250 refurbishments, demonstrating his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence.

As Director of Operations and Compliance, Daniel ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standards while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. He is dedicated to operational excellence, overseeing every aspect of project execution and ensuring that all works are carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget. Daniel's deep industry knowledge and attention to detail make him a key driver in upholding the company’s reputation for quality and compliance.

Director of Financial, Legal & Technology
Chirag brings a unique blend of expertise in financial management, legal affairs, and technology implementation. With extensive experience in Investor Relations, Chirag plays a critical role in fostering strong partnerships and ensuring the company’s financial health.

As the leader behind the development and optimization of Nexus, our proprietary software, Chirag drives innovation in property management. His deep understanding of the legal and financial aspects of property transactions ensures that all processes are streamlined, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Head of Acquisitions & Development

With over a decade of experience in real estate transactions and operations, Jessica brings invaluable expertise in leading our HMO strategy and overseeing broader investment initiatives. Her background includes residential property acquisitions, compliance management, and development delivery, bolstered by deep knowledge of legal due diligence and planning.

Previously, Jessica excelled at an investment firm, managing transactions and assets with outstanding results. Her proven track record in property completions and operational compliance makes her the ideal leader to drive our acquisition and development strategy.

Kayleigh Wiggins

Head of Marketing
Kayleigh began her career in childcare, supporting young people and families, before transitioning to entrepreneurship. She successfully built her own small business, gaining valuable experience in social media, branding, and digital marketing.

Now at Property Momentum, Kayleigh is focused on enhancing our social media presence, refining our website, and crafting a strong branding strategy to elevate our digital footprint and drive long-term growth.

Maintenance Coordinator
As Maintenance Coordinator, Lee manages our in-house team of 8 skilled tradesmen, overseeing all maintenance works, quote requests, and job assignments. He coordinates daily operations, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and completed on time. Lee also handles contractor and client relationships, processes job reports and invoicing, and manages the team's diary.

Whether you need an update on ongoing maintenance or have a new request, Lee ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish, keeping operations efficient and clients well-informed with his exceptional organization and attention to detail.
